Sundays are dedicated to a truly memorable roast, complete with all the classic trimmings. Fluffy Yorkshire pudding, golden roasted potatoes, rich, silky gravy and tender, carefully sourced meat combine to create a Sunday meal that feels comforting and delicious. Braised red cabbage, creamy cauliflower cheese and a selection of seasonal greens add colour, flavour and balance, making every roast a celebration of the best local ingredients.
