This September, the Longbow team is taking on a challenge that combines fresh air, teamwork and purpose.

On Tuesday 2nd September, 27 staff from Longbow Venues will collectively walk over 750 kilometres through the Peak District on a journey through the company’s heartland. Kicking off at The Peacock at Owler Bar, the 29KM hike heads through The George and The Maynard to finish at The Ashford Arms.

The goal is to raise £2,500 for Sheffield Children’s Hospital, one of only three dedicated children’s hospitals in the UK.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we’re proud to have already reached that milestone. To build on this momentum, we’ve now raised our target to £5,000.

They provide specialist, life saving care to thousands of children from across the UK. Funds raised will support specialist medical equipment, new facilities and groundbreaking research, making real difference for families during their most difficult times.
