No booking is required, and entry is completely free. Just turn up, take it all in and let us help you imagine your dream day, your way.
Fayre vs Showcase – What’s the difference?
Our Wedding Fayres feature local suppliers in attendance – it’s the perfect opportunity to meet and connect with all-things-wedding professionals, discover new ideas and gather wedding day inspiration.
Our Wedding Showcases are hosted by our in-house team with venue styling to help you visualise your special day – ideal for focused viewing and chatting with our lovely wedding coordinators.

Sunday 21st September 2025 | 12pm – 3pm
Meet and chat with a fantastic selection of top local wedding suppliers including photographers, florists, stylists, musicians and more.
Evening Wedding Showcase
Tuesday 23rd September 2025 | 5:30pm – 8pm
Perfect if you can’t make it on a weekend – join us for a relaxed after-work viewing with the venue styled and our team on hand for any questions or queries.
Wedding Showcase
Sunday 23rd November 2025 | 12pm – 3pm
Our final showcase of the year – a wonderful opportunity to see The Maynard as the seasons change and get a feel for a beautiful winter wedding.
